Well, the weather is good but we have all had a rent rise in our arcade. Finances are a conundrum because property in Nottinghill Gate, central London, is rising all the time. It has now become very smart. When the Portobello started Nottinghill was a slum. But now our area commands high residential rents but turn over in the shops and arcades is low.
