Metal thimble in original green plastic case. Brought out in England in 1935 to commemorate the silver jubilee of King George and Queen Mary. The grand parents of this Monarch. The metal plated thimble is engraved

The green flicked plastic case, with copper and enamel placque, ‚1910-1935 Silver Jubilee‚ in blue enamel. the profiles of King George with a capital G in red enamel, opposite the profile of Queen Mary and a capital M in red enamel. A central red enamel crown.
