Welcome to the Thimble Society
We specialise in thimbles and sewing tools although we sell many other small objets d’art and collectables. We try to cover many different collecting fields, snuff boxes, sovereign cases, vestas, peeps/stanhopes, fans, hat pins, card cases, pictures, samplers and jewellery. If we haven’t got it, we will try to get it for you. We have a large selection of antique silver thimbles. Many different makers, designs, and hall marks. Prices start around £30-£300, depending on the rarity of the design.

Tube is Nottinghill Gate or Westbourne Grove. Many buses. Free car parking after 1.30pm on single yellow lines etc. Take one of the new red buses to Nottinghill Gate then walk down the road. The buses are known as ‘Boris’s buses’ like the new nearly free ‘Boris’s bikes’ which are very popular for young ones visiting London
