Bathing hut tape measure.

Bathing huts were used by women who wanted to swim in the sea but retain there modesty , Queen Victoria used one. 

Approx 2ins or 4cms, the silk tape is hand wound back and forth.

Excellent condition of this rare subject made in miniature for a tape.
