18th cen English 15 ct gold and bone tooth pick case, Inside is original mecury mirror, to see if your teeth needed help. They were considered elegant which seems odd. In the centre, there is the family crest of an arm rising from a crenolated castle tower, clasping a sword. The engraving is so fine it is 4ins or 10cms long. Excellent condition, clasp works crisply.
